Our Story

I have moved from a 3 bedroom house into a rented camper through Happy Haven RVs onto Cowboys RV Park. The park cares for your yard of which has privacy fences on both sides. The water, trash, electric, & internet is included. The laundry room is private, clean,& locked so that its use is limited to only to the residents. It is so nice to have one rate for everything. I couldnt be happier. Thanks Cowboy RV. MD

Great owners running this place! It was our first time taking our RV out and the owner was waiting for us at the entrance and helped guide us into our spot. Everyone at the park was very nice. The place was clean and felt very safe. We have already booked a return trip!

Such a nice park highly recommend. Very quiet and peaceful but also very pretty and even has a nice pond view. The owners are very sweet and accommodating, they make you feel right at home. This is everything I was looking for in a camp for me and my kids including the price very affordable price for such a great park. You can’t really beat the family atmosphere either. Perfect for families and children but warning your kids will love them lol.

Quiet and friendly

I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about Cowboy’s. From accepting payments, to working with me and my crazy work schedule, and everything in between. Easy access to dumpsters, super clean site, super friendly staff, even my “neighbors” were super friendly and clean. I don’t have a foul thing to say about it. If I’m ever in the Emory area again, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! 5/5!!

We were on our way home from our reunion in Houston, had a flat on the trailer and tire shops were closed. Called Cowboys RV Park and they guided us into a really nice pull-through, helped me get hooked up, then found a tire shop next morning that had the exact series tires on my 5th wheel for a pretty good price, drove me and my busted tire (lol) to and from and helped me Git-R-Dun. Highly recommend this place to everyone

I had an excellent experience at Cowboy RV Park in Emory, Texas. The park was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the RV sites were high quality, level, and made setup easy and hassle-free. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that clearly takes pride in both the property and customer service. I would absolutely recommend Cowboy RV Park to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the Emory area.

Great RV prark. The couple that run it Shelia and Mark are wonderful,they keep it well keep. The residents are nice it's about half full with some in and outers, but that's nice meet new people. Over all for a fairly new park I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 mainly for not having all the road finished in asphalt,the privacy fences all up. Like I said it a new park and we love it here. So if your RVing in the area of Emory or sulfer spring Texas stop by and say hi.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The laundry room, showers, and bathrooms are all kept clean. There are two dog parks as well as a pond to sit by and relax. The park is kept clean and the sites are level concrete pads.
